Alternative cancer cures are different because they don’t use invasive techniques that can cause damage to the patient, like conventional methods can. This comes from how the two sciences look at the cancer. Conventional cures see the cancer as a local disease that needs to be taken away. Alternative cures look at the cancer as a generalized, whole body disease. Let’s look at how these change how the cancer is dealt with.

With conventional medicine, cancer is seen as a local disease, which is usually the tumor. That is why they use surgery, toxic drugs or irradiation to remove the tumor. The only problem with this theory is that there is still some cancer that is left over, or the cancer is completely wiped out, but then it re-occurs. They say that the tumor comes first, and once it is in place then the symptoms start to show.

In alternative medicine, they see the cancer as a result of a general whole body disease. They say that first comes the symptoms of the illness, and as a result of those symptoms the tumor is grown. That is why when they treat a cancer patient, they have to figure out the root cause of the cancer and that is what they treat. Then once the root cause of the disease is dealt with, the cancer will stop growing, and regress completely.

Alternative cancer cures adopt the principle that cancer is one affecting the whole body, so just getting rid of the one symptom (the tumor), will not cure the individual. There needs to be a balance that is brought to the individual and then their body will be able to fight the cancer naturally and effectively.

Cancer is a very serious disease and not one to be taken lightly, but alternative cancer cures can help. 8 out of every 10 patients, given all the conventional treatments that they can receive, will still die, but alternative and natural cures can help improve those odds dramatically.
